“WHAT SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?”

Use a measuring tape along with the size guide provided for each product to determine your ideal size, and consider whether you prefer a tight, standard, or loose fit.

We have size recommendations for some of our products, so be sure to check the product description for specific information on each item.

If you are still in doubt, you are welcome to order 2 sizes of the same product, so you can try at home, bur choose thoughtfully 🩶

Ordering 2 sizes and keeping one is actually more eco-friendly compared to returning the first order and ordering again.

"HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU DELIVER?"

Because all of our products are made-to-order, delivery to Denmark typically takes 7-10 days*.

"WHY DO YOU CHARGE ME BEFORE SHIPPING THE ITEMS TO ME?"

We work with a subcontractor that produces the items on demand when they are ordered by you, and they only start producing the items after receiving payment from you. Therefore, we have to charge in advance.

This applies in our early beginning when we only offer products on demand, but our goal is to provide better options in the future for you. We appreciate your understanding 🩶
"WHAT CAN I PAY WITH?"

You can pay with VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other options as shown at the bottom of our website. We are working on adding MobilePay as a payment option in the future.
"WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS FROM?"

The products originate from both within the EU and abroad, but all products are finished in either Spain or Latvia, both of which are in the EU. Some of our products are entirely sewn to order in Latvia or Spain, which will be indicated under each product.
"HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?"

You can return your items within 30 days for 39 DKK* using a QR code from PostNord.

"WHY ARE ONLY SOME OF YOUR PRODUCTS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?"

A significant part of our products is made in an environmentally friendly way, either with organic cotton, recycled polyester, or both. However, it’s currently not possible for us to offer all types of products as eco-friendly. Since we want to have a broader range, we have chosen to include both environmentally friendly and traditionally produced items, but which are still produced in a responsible manner*. We are continuously working to increase the percentage of eco-friendly products in our webshop.
"ARE YOU A DANISH COMPANY OR FROM OUTSIDE DENMARK?"

We are a 100% Danish owned company, but we chose to launch our webshop in English to emphasize our international theme and to reach international residents in Denmark, and also because we aim to launch our brand internationally in a near future. We are working on providing a Danish language version of our webshop in the future 🩶
