Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. A return costs 39 kr (DKK) which partially covers the return shipping. When your return request is approved you have 7 days to send your items back to us.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, free of odors, and in its original packaging.
- Include the small packing slip that lists the product names along with your return.
You can return items for any reason within the 30-day period, provided the product meets the condition requirements outlined above.
How to Start a Return:
- Log in to your account on our website www.globalpeoplew.shop using your email address. A one-time password will be sent to your email for secure login.
- Select the items you wish to return and click “Request Return.”
- Once your return request is approved, proceed to our Return Portal to finalize the process. The approval of your return request only confirms that you are eligible to send the item back to us. We need to receive and inspect your returned item before determining whether you qualify for a full refund or a partial refund (minus the return fee of 39 kr DKK).
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note that returns must be sent to our address in Denmark. You can easily request a return QR code through our Return Portal.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions
- Gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
For exchanges (e.g., a different size), the quickest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days—often sooner.
Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at gpw@globalpeoplew.com.
