“WHAT SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?”

If you are in doubt, you are welcome to order 2 sizes of the same product, so you can try at home.

Ordering 2 sizes and keeping one is actually more eco-friendly compared to returning the first order and ordering again. 

However, we reserve the right to cancel orders that doesn’t follow our fair use policy (see next question).

"WHAT IS YOUR FAIR USE POLICY?"

We’re a small independent brand, and we do our best to make shopping with us easy and flexible. You’re more than welcome to order two sizes or variations of the same item to find your best fit — and return the one that doesn’t work.

However, excessive ordering and returning - with the intent to return most or all of them - puts a heavy strain on our small business and is not considered fair use.

Since we produce or source items especially for you once you place your order, returning a large number of items - can become quite costly for us as a small, independent brand, since we cannot return the items to our supplier once you have ordered them. 

That’s why we kindly ask you to shop with care and avoid placing unusually large orders with the intent to return most of it.

If we notice a suspicious order or repeated excessive return pattern from the same customer, we reserve the right to cancel orders.

However, once your order has been approved by us, you always have the right to return all items.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support — and we’re always here to help if you need guidance before placing your order.

"HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU DELIVER?”

Because all of our products are made on demand, delivery to Denmark typically takes 7-10 days*. 

Producing and finalizing products when you order helps prevent overproduction and makes it possible for us to share our brand with the world in an early stage. We are working to improve this over time as we grow, and be able to offer better options for you 🩶

*Delivery times may vary due to peak seasons and exceptionally busy periods.

“WHAT CAN I PAY WITH?”

You can pay with VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other options as shown at the bottom of our website. We are working on adding MobilePay as a payment option in the future.

"HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER OR PARTS OF MY ORDER?”

Go to our Return Guide here to see how you easily can return to us in Denmark within 30 days for 39 kr* (DKK)

*The 39 kr (DKK) apply for packages up to 5 kilos.

“WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS FROM?”

Our products originate from both within the EU and beyond, but all items are finished in either Spain or Latvia – both EU countries. Some products are entirely sewn to order in Latvia or Spain.

“CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?”

Generally, you cannot, but contact us if you have changes, and we’ll see if we can make adjustments. Otherwise, you can always return the items to us if they are in new and unused condition and then place a new order. Returns costs 39 DKK for packages up to 5 kilo.

“WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?”

We send an order confirmation to your email shortly after your purchase. If you don’t see it, it likely ended up in your spam filter, so please check there before contacting us. If you still don't see it, contact us at gpw@globalpeoplew.com.

"WHY DO YOU CHARGE ME BEFORE SHIPPING THE ITEMS TO ME?"

We work with a subcontractor that produces the items on demand when they are ordered by you, and they only start producing the items after receiving payment from you. Therefore, we have to charge in advance.

This applies in our early beginning when we only offer products on demand, but our goal is to provide better options in the future for you when we can stock inventory. We appreciate your understanding đź©¶

“WHY ARE ONLY SOME OF YOUR PRODUCTS ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY?”

A significant part of our products, currently more than 60%, is made in a more environmentally friendly way, either with organic cotton, recycled polyester, or both. However, it’s currently not possible for us to offer all types of products as eco-friendly. Since we want to have a broader range, we have chosen to include both environmentally friendly and traditionally produced items. We are continuously working to increase the percentage of eco-friendly products in our webshop.

"WHY IS MY ORDER COMING FROM LATVIA OR SPAIN?"

We collaborate with an international supplier and ship our products directly to you from their facilities in Latvia or Spain with our brand on it. Your orders will, therefore, arrive from one of these destinations. To ensure that return shipping is as cost-effective as possible for you, returns are to our address in Aalborg, Denmark.

"ARE YOU A DANISH COMPANY OR FROM OUTSIDE DENMARK?"

We are a 100% Danish owned company, but we chose to launch our webshop in English to emphasize our international theme and to reach international residents in Denmark, and also because we aim to launch our brand internationally in a near future. We are working on providing a local language version of our webshop in the future đź©¶
