RETURN GUIDE
All you need to know for a positive return experience 🩶
All returns costs from 39 kr (DKK).
We kindly refer to our return policy.
"How do i return my order or parts of my order?"
- Log in to your account in our main menu. You will find it here: Desktop: Upper right corner (see placement on image C below). Mobile: Small link in the bottom of the main menu (see placement on image A+B below). Enter your email there and you will then receive a one-time passcode to use for logging in.
- Once logged in, select the products you wish to return, choose the return reason, click 'REQUEST RETURN.' and wait for approval. This proces may take up to 48 hours.
- When your request has been approved, pack your items safely in the original packaging along with the small packing slip (with the productnames on). Please remove old shipping labels or clearly mark them out with a pen.
- Visit our RETURN PORTAL HERE to generate a QR code for dropping off your return at the nearest PostNord service point. Find the nearest PostNord servicepoint here.
"WHAT DOES AN APPROVED RETURN REQUEST MEAN?"
An approval of your return request only confirms that you are eligible to send the item back to us. We need to receive and inspect your returned item before determining whether you qualify for a full refund or a partial refund (minus the return fee of 39 kr DKK).
"WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE SENT MY ORDER BACK TO YOU?"
- We will receive your return within approximately 1-3 days, at which point we will check the contents of the package.
- If the product is in good, unused condition, we will issue a full refund. You should receive your refund within 3-10 business days after it is processed. The total time from sending your return package to receiving your refund is typically 10-20 business days, and often sooner. This timeframe accounts for administration and the time required by banks and payment processing systems to complete the transaction.
"WHICH ITEMS ARE ELIGABLE FOR A FULL REFUND?"
- All items that are in new and unused condition are eligible for a full refund. You can, of course, try the items on at home in the same manner you would in a physical shop.
- Please be aware that we charge a return fee of 39 kr, which will be deducted from the refund to cover some of the costs associated with return shipping.
- If the product is damaged, has a significant odor, stains, or similar issues, we cannot offer a full refund. We will then evaluate whether a partial refund is possible or if we should return the product to you without a refund. In most cases, we offer to cover the shipping cost for returning the product to you.
"Why do you charge 39 kr (DKK) for a return?"
We cover the full cost of shipping products to you and also subsidize part of the return shipping. The 39 kr return fee only partially offsets our expenses for return shipping. Additionally, this fee helps prevent return fraud and encourages mindful online shopping, which protects our business and reduces the carbon footprint from shipping items back and forth.
"WHEN DOES THE 39 KR (DKK) IN RETURN FEE APPLY?"
The 39 kr (DKK) return fee applies to all packages weighing up to 5 kilos, and we expect that most orders will fall under this weight limit. For returns exceeding this weight, we will calculate a larger return fee on a case-by-case basis.
"when do i get my money back?"
You should have your money back, minus the return fee of 39 kr (DKK), within 10-20 business days from when you send your return to us, and often sooner, if the item is eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to delays due to peak seasons and exceptionally busy periods.
"How Can I Track My Return?"
When you hand over your return package at a Postnord servicepoint, you will get a receipt and information of how to track your return to us.
