These terms and conditions apply when you place an order with us via our website www.globalpeoplew.shop
By placing your order, you accept these terms and conditions, or simply "the terms”. Therefore, please ensure that you have read and understood them before making a purchase.

2. Using Our WebsiteÂ
Who Can Use It?: You must be 18 years old to use our website or have a parent/guardian's consent. To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to enter into agreements, which means you must be at least 18 years old and not under legal guardianship. Orders paid with credit cards or gift cards can be placed by individuals aged 15 or older. Additionally, you must have a valid email address and a delivery address in Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands).
Responsible use: Don’t break any laws, misuse our content, or harm the site (no viruses or spam, please).Â
If you don’t follow these rules, we might have to stop providing services to you.Â

3. Your Account & PurchasesÂ
Keep It Updated: Make sure the information you provide is accurate and current so we can process your orders smoothly.Â
Orders: We might limit or cancel orders if something seems off, and we’ll notify you if that happens. We reserve the right to reject any order if we suspect it may be fraudulent. If you wish to order larger amounts of the same products, please contact us beforehand.
Orders may not be placed for business, corporate, or commercial purposes. Contact us if you’re interested in such purposes. Please note that we do not provide VAT invoices for business use without prior agreement.
When you place an order with us, you are making a binding offer to purchase the items in your shopping bag, but you have 30 days to request a return from when you received your order, as described in our Return & Refund Policy, and can then return the order to us within 1 week.

4. Products and ServicesÂ
Availability: Items are only available online and can become sold out.Â
Details: We do our best to describe products accurately, but slight differences (like color) may occur.Â
Changes: Prices and product availability might change without notice.

5. Pricing
All prices are with tax included.
Shipping: Shipping is currently free for you, but we reserve the right to change this at any time without notice. If shipping is free when you place your order, it will remain free for that order, provided it was indicated as free in your shopping cart at the time of purchase.
Return Fee: All return packages weighing up to 5 kilograms cost 39 DKK. We expect that most orders will weigh below 5 kilograms. For return packages weighing over 5 kilograms, we will apply a higher return fee to cover the increased return shipping costs. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Offers: From time to time, we may offer special promotions, discount codes, gifts, and other deals. These offers are valid only during the specified period and subject to the terms and conditions directly associated with them. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on globalpeoplew.shop, promotions cannot be combined with other discounts. In some cases, you may need to enter a discount code at checkout to take advantage of the offer, and other times it will be applied automatically.

6. Payment
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, American Express, Google Pay, Maestro, PayPal, Shop Pay & Union Pay.
Payment is shortly after when you place an order, before we ship your order to you, because we, as a new brand, only offer made-to-order products and work with a subcontractor/supplier who only starts producing the items after receiving payment from you. Therefore, we have to charge in advance. This applies when we offer made-to-order products, but we hope to change this in the future when we can stock inventory. Thank you for your understanding.
You will receive an electronic receipt by email and an order confirmation when we approve your order. Remember to provide your correct email address and inform us if you change it, so we can ensure that you receive your order and for any relevant communication regarding your order.

7. Shipping & delivery

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
All orders are delivered to the address you provided when placing your order, but currently only to Danish adresses (except Greenland and the Faroe Islands).
Although we do our best to deliver within the specified timeframe, delivery may sometimes take longer due to unforeseen events. If your order does not arrive within 15 days from when you placed your order, please contact us at care@globalpeoplew.com and we will be happy to help you.

Limited Liability: We’re not responsible for losses or damages unless required by law.
Product warranties do not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear due to the use of the products, nor do they cover damages caused by improper care or any deliberate harm inflicted on the products. Care instructions are provided for each product on our webshop.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to fulfill our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, power outages, or other unforeseeable circumstances ("Force Majeure Events"). During such events, our obligations are suspended, and any deadlines may be extended. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact of these events and resume our services as soon as possible. Returneringsgebyr: Alle pakker der sendes retur til os og som vejer op til 5 kg, koster 39 DKK. Vi forventer, at de fleste ordrer vejer under 5 kg. For returneringspakker, der vejer over 5 kg, pålægges et højere gebyr for at dække de øgede omkostninger. Dette vil blive specificeret fra gang til gang.
Tilbud: Fra tid til anden tilbyder vi kampagner, rabatkoder, gaver og andre tilbud. Disse tilbud er kun gyldige i den angivne periode og underlagt de specifikke betingelser, der gælder for dem. Derfor opkræver vi forudbetaling. Dette gælder, når vi tilbyder bestillingsprodukter, men vi håber at kunne ændre dette i fremtiden, når vi kan lagerføre varer. Vi takker for din forståelse.
Du vil modtage en elektronisk kvittering via e-mail og en ordrebekræftelse, når vi godkender din ordre. Husk at oplyse din korrekte e-mailadresse og give os besked, hvis du ændrer den, så vi kan sikre din ordre bliver leveret til dig, og sikre al relevant kommunikation i forbindelse med din ordre.

Orders are typically processed and sent within 2–6 days from the time the order is placed.

3. Shipping Locations
At this time, we only ship to addresses in Denmark (except Greenland & Faroe islands). We are working on expanding our brand to other EU countries in the future. Â

4. Delivery Times
The expected delivery time for orders within Denmark is 7–10 days, from when you placed your order. This is the expected delivery time and might vary, so please be patient. If 15 days have passed since you placed your order and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at care@globalpeoplew.com. We’ll be happy to assist you.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for all orders. However, return shipping incurs a flat fee of 39 DKK, which will be deducted from your refund if you choose to return an item.

6. Customs and Duties
We currently only ship within the EU, so there are no additional customs duties or import taxes for orders delivered to Danish adresses.

7. Shipping Methods
To keep things simple, we use a standard shipping method that does not allow customization. However, shipping is flat rate and free for our customers.
All orders are delivered to your home address.
If you are not home when the package arrives, the carrier will leave a notice in your mailbox. It is your responsibility to collect your order before it is returned to us. If you don't pick it up, we will receive the returned package and refund the amount you paid, minus a return fee of 39 DKK. Please note that the refund process may take up to 10-15 business days from the day we receive the returned package, due to administration time and the processing time required by banks and payment systems.

We recommend keeping the packaging if you anticipate a need to return your item. This helps reduce waste and ensure items are returned safely.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. When your return request is approved you have 7 days to send your items back to us.Â
To qualify for a return:
The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, free of odors, and in its original packaging.
Include the small packing slip that lists the product names along with your return.
You can return items for any reason within the 30-day period, provided the product meets the condition requirements outlined above.

How to Start a Return:
Log in to your account on our website www.globalpeoplew.shop using your email address. A one-time password will be sent to your email for secure login.
Select the items you wish to return and click “Request Return.”
Once your return request is approved, proceed to our Return Portal to finalize the process.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note that returns must be sent to our address in Denmark. You can easily request a return QR code through our Return Portal.

Inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
For exchanges (e.g., a different size), the quickest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days—often sooner.
Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at care@globalpeoplew.com.
